From the left, Marci Launer, who has been living with Celiac Disease for 14 years is also a practicing Speech Language Pathologist, private practice owner and proud mother of two. Marci is passionate about helping others in both her work and throughout the Celiac Community. She enjoys traveling across the country on road trips with her husband Adam and their awesome kids Jace and Josie.
Staci Leibson is the parent of a son, Jude Leibson, who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in January 2022. Since then, Jude and Staci enjoy scouring the tristate area for the best Gluten Free foods around! Staci is the manager of investor relationships for Nano Safe Coatings. Additionally, Staci runs the mother/ children fashion section of Long Island Family and Long Island Press. As Staci is a lifelong learner (with four Masters degrees in General and Special Education), she is starting to pursue a degree in Life Coaching and hopes to work with the Celiac population. Staci is married to Alex Leibson, and they share two other amazing children, Dash and Pace.

Community4Celiac was founded by Marci Launer, who has been living with Celiac Disease for 14 years along with Staci Leibson, whose son has Celiac Disease. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those living with Celiac Disease. We understand firsthand the challenges that living with this disease presents for those who have it and their families. As the diagnosis of Celiac Disease in kids is on the rise, the need for research is more critical than ever. We hope to continue to build our community and for a future where there is a treatment and eventually a cure.
